It has been observed that most of inactive registered members are facing problem to work on Diwan’s main board (MB) so here is a brief description for them.
I hope it would be helpful specifically for them who never worked before on any online forum/community.
Normally forums are different then yahoo/hotmail group emailing system.
Within forums "emails" or Articles called Posts or Threads.
FORUM/COMMUNITY/DIWAN/MAINBOARD are just like an organized library system.
CATEGORIES of forum are just like sections of any organized library.
TOPICS within categories are just like books in shelf of specific library sections.
REGISTERED MEMBERS are same as members of organized Library’s registered members.
MODERATORS are members/people of sub management they are responsible to control abusing. They are main power of the community after Admin.
ADMINS or Co-Admin are main management people they are responsible to control each and every element of Forum/Community/Diwan.
1. When you will logon into www.baask.com/diwan you will see forum/diwan/community/MB's main index, which consists of different categories or sections.

2. Every section contains number of posts or topics for discussion. What kinds of posts or articles are available in section are found in SECTION DESCRIPTION. To enter within section to submit new article you will have to click on SECTION. It will reach you at Section’s Index.

3. At top of the INDEX you will see following tabs:
New Topic | Mark Read | Notify | Post new poll
Click on NEW TOPIC tab
4. You will see INBOX like window.

Here you will have to enter your article’s subject and message.
You can directly paste your BALUCHI CONTENTS written in UNICODE/ARABIC SCRIPT/ PERSIAN SCRIPT / URDU SCRIPT from any word processor (MS-WORD) or any website.
If Balochi, Arabic, Urdu or Persian Keyboard is installed on your local machine you can directly write in Baluchi Script within your diwan’s post.
5. To attach your document you will see ATTACH option at the bottom of message box.

After creation of your article you will have to click on POST button. It will publish your article in diwan.
6. At the top of MB you will see menu bar having multiple buttons.

Personal Message or PM is the mail box of diwan.
With this you can privately communicate with other members of baaskani diwan.
REPORT TO ADMIN option is available at the bottom of your INBOX Message. If someone abuses through PM you can use this option to complain and forward his message directly to the Administrators.
It has been observed that often new members click on REPORT TO ADMIN option to reply on their personal messages. Which forward their reply to the unconcern people so be careful.
7. At the end of MB INDEX you will see list of RECENT POSTS. (http://baask.com/help/recent%20posts.gif)
at the left side of screen you will see RECENT POSTS button it will reach you most list of recent posts (articles) submitted on diwan.
Instead of visiting every section if you don’t have time you can click on this option to see diwan’s activity.
8. If you want to post/submit your comments or feedback on any toipc (thread/post) you just have to click on topic from SECTION INDEX then at the bottom of that topic you will see a quick reply box.

You can enter your comments directly in that box and click on “POST” button to publish your comments.
In case you want to change your text color, font size or add some similes or predefined text then just click on “PREVIEW” button you will see same screen you have seen during ARTICLE CREATION option.

Members can get ranks on the bases of their number of posts:
Required post = Rank
0 = Inactive
1-49 = New Baask
50-99 = Junior Baask
100-499 = Seniour Baask
500-1499 = Super-Seniour Baask
1500-2000 = Active Baask
2000-2499 = Elite Baask
2500=+ = Special Baask
Inactive members are unable to avail so many facilities of diwan like:
· Upload images in Photo Gallery.
· File attachment facility along with their posts/articles.
· Upload their desired avetar.
· Edit their profile for customize title.
and many more.

Co-Admin = Main Management
Global Moderator = Middle Management
Moderator = Middle Management
Baask Asset = Active Members during 2004/2008
Creative Baask = Creative or artistic Members
Talented Baask = Intellectuals
Content Contributor = Members they are sharing literary stuff
Balochi Zaantkaar = Balochi (writers/Poets/scholars)
Brahvai Zaantkaar = Brahvai (writers/Poets/scholars)
Balochi Learner = Members they are interested to learn Balochi
Restricted = restricted members cannot participate in discussion of some restricted sections.

Welcome at Baask Diwwan. moderators and seniors of brahvai sections are not active since long so now its upto you either you would wait for our senior brahvai knowing person or join brahvaimedia site. For any kind of help in Baluchi I m here.

Sorry brother, our Brahvai brothers are not co-operating with us to manage such things in Brahvai and I myself is not fluent in Brahvai.
