ummm yamii..dapa che aap darayegen...dil goshagen anni boro irana he dishes bewar (yh)haha kir latey man warthaga farsa ni logo..baley sara che baaz shukan tam nesth:)but i really like irani foods..

Its lovely seeing all the yummy pictures but maybe the recipes would be a good idea to add in future.  I remember a few years ago, my elder sister and I decided to have lunch at this Persian restaurant in Toronto, she just looked at the photos they had on the menu and decided what looked appealing.  I on the other side thought I was the clever one and ordered gormesabzi which I had not even tasted before!

Well she was very happy when her large plate of koobede and pilau rice arrived followed by my green pond of gormesabzi.  Lets just say it reminded me of hospital food that you had to eat to survive!!

But truly speaking, my next experience was eating again last December at a friend's home.  I would certainly say it tasted really wonderful after all the hours she took to cook it, I had to agree sometimes what doesn't appeal to the eye really does taste quite wonderful.

Sadly I had to part with my Persian cookery Book, blame it on the sisters who never seem to have enough of my things!!  I think it would be a good to post some Recipes. 

God I talk too much.............
