when I get angry :

I just automatically  isolate my self and cry  :'( then express my feelings to either afriend or to my sis
then I cool down and become happy again

It depends on the situation. Often I prefer to go sleep otherwise it will be harmful for others. :)

Oh.....! it is too hard to express feeling when I get angry, it is also depend on the situation, if elders one (just like father) standed oposite then I m gonna down my all feeling and gonna back to my room or outside (some time reply to my mother, but she never minded), but when youngers, I was act very bad attitud  :evil:  with them even used my hands, but after all I feel so guilty, and tryed to happy them with Ice Cream etc :mrgreen:

i react differently on different situations, sometime i become aggressive :evil:  and try to hurt the opposite person, some time i start shouting  :E on the other person, usually try to remain silent :x  and dont speak until i am back in my senses, and some time i start weeping :'(

i dislike the emotion of getting angry...  But wat to do.

BTW i Precribe a movie for the people not getting angry "ANGER MANAGEMENT"
